How long can I rent the boxes for?

You can rent our EcoMove Queen boxes for up to 4 weeks. For the best value, we recommend a 2-week rental.

What if I lose or break an EcoMove Queen box?

We understand that normal wear and tear can occur during your move, so there's no need to worry about that. However, if a box is lost, stolen, or damaged by you or an external removal company, EcoMove Queen will charge a replacement fee of $25.00 per box.

Can I extend my hire period?

Absolutely! If you need the boxes longer than your initial order, just give us a call or text us as soon as possible. We can usually arrange extensions for an additional fee. There's no need to rush or feel pressured to unpack on time—moving is stressful enough, and we're here to support you through it.

How will I know when my boxes are ready for pick-up?

Once we receive your order, we will prepare the boxes and send you a message to arrange the pick-up time. We usually text you one day in advance. The same applies to the return time—we will remind you one day before it is due.

Apart from self-pick-up and drop-off, do you deliver and pick up the boxes?

Unfortunately, we currently do not offer delivery or pickup services for the boxes. We kindly ask customers to arrange self-pick-up and drop-off at our location.
