Welcome to EcoMove Queen, an eco-friendly moving solution. By using our website (www.ecomovequeen.com.au) and services, you agree to the following terms:

1. Service Overview

  • EcoMove Queen provides reusable plastic moving boxes for hire in Sydney. You can pick up the boxes from our location, and once you're done, simply return them to us.

2. Rental Period

  • The rental period depends on the number of weeks you select, starting from the day of pick up.

  • If you need to extend the rental period, please contact us at least 24 hours before it ends. Extensions may incur additional fees.

3. Pick-up and return

  • Once we receive your order, we will prepare the boxes and send you a message to arrange the pick-up time. We usually text you one day in advance. The same applies to the return time—we will remind you one day before it is due.

4. Lost or Damaged Boxes

  • Normal wear and tear of the boxes is expected, but you will be liable for replacement costs if any boxes are lost, stolen, or damaged during the rental period.

  • Replacement costs will be charged at $25 per box.

5. Payment Terms

  • All rental fees must be paid in full at the time of booking.

  • We accept card payment. Once payment is received, your booking will be confirmed.

  • A deposit fee of $100 in cash is required for every 20 boxes rented:

    • 20 boxes: $100 deposit

    • 30 boxes: $150 deposit

    • 40 boxes: $200 deposit

    • 60 boxes: $300 deposit

    • 80 boxes: $400 deposit

      The deposit must be paid at the time of pick-up and will be refunded when the boxes are returned in good condition. Normal wear and tear are acceptable, but broken or missing boxes will incur a $25 fee per box, deducted from the deposit.

6. Cancellations and Refunds

  • You may cancel your booking up to 24 hours before the start date.

  • No refunds will be given once the boxes have been picked up.

7. Customer Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for ensuring all rented items are returned in good condition.

  • Failure to return the boxes within the agreed rental period may result in additional charges of $10 per day.

8. Privacy Policy

  • We respect your privacy. Any personal information collected during the rental process will be used solely for the purpose of providing our services.
